Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd does not currently operate an Internet Shopping Cart from this website. The following information is for general reference only.

SECURITY

When using the Coffee Training Centre order form, your credit card and personal details are protected by RapidSSL Certificate.

What is SSL?

The SSL (and TLS) protocol is the Web standard for encrypting communications between users and SSL (secure sockets layer) e-commerce sites. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data. SSL provides businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data sent to a Web site, such as credit card numbers, are kept confidential. Web server certificates (also known as secure server certificates or SSL certificates) are required to initialize an SSL session.

Customers know when they have an SSL session with a website when their browser displays the little gold padlock and the address bar begins with a https rather than http. SSL certificates can be used on webservers for Internet security and mailservers such as imap, pop3 and smtp for mail collection/sending security.

PAYMENT

Credit card payments are charged to your account when you place your order. Cheques and money orders are banked at the time of order. If payment is by personal cheque (Australia Only) there will be a bank clearance period of 3 working days before the order is dispatched.

Coffee Training Centre uses the secure, real-time services of eWAY to process all online credit card orders. Coffee Training Centre will take every care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link through eWAY. As Coffee Training Centre is not responsible for the operation of the secure link, Coffee Training Centre will not, unless it is negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.

You incur no fee when using the services of eWAY.

If products are not available for any reason after Coffee Training Centre has accepted your order, you will be advised. Coffee Training Centre will not charge you for these products and will reimburse any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a refund to your credit card account or a company cheque.

DELIVERY

Coffee Training Centre will make every effort to dispatch all products within 3 working days from receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, Coffee Training Centre will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from receipt of payment.

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Coffee Training Centre may, at its discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately; you will be notified if this occurs.

If Coffee Training Centre cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when Coffee Training Centre is at fault), Coffee Training Centre will notify you and store the products. If you wish Coffee Training Centre to re-deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise Coffee Training Centre to charge your credit card/debit card for any extra delivery charges. If Coffee Training Centre does not hear from you within 28 days, your order will be cancelled and any payments received will be refunded to you, less any reasonable delivery charges incurred.
